Refurb - Repair Information
Wave Tech Plus refurbishes 30 different types of equipment in our state-of-the-art facility.
Refurbishing Services:
- New coil and line cord
- New paper designations and plastic
- Replacing housings or painting of housings in our new 2,000 square foot facility;
paints are digitally matched to original manufacturer specifications
- Return of refurbished phones in individual boxes, labeled with your company’s name
Repair/Replace
Wave Tech Plus provides complete component level repair and advance replacement services for
all our supported business telephones, voice mail, circuit boards, and KSUs through our multi-point
preventative maintenance program.
Multi-point Preventative Program consists of:
- Repairing and/or replacing cold solder joints, components and hook
switches
- Cleaning key banks and dial pads inside and out
However, if an item you send in is found to be beyond economic repair, you will pay no bench
or shipping charges.

Interconnect Companies and Brokers
Wave Tech Plus offers preferred pricing for interconnect companies and brokers. In addition,
we will blind drop ship directly to your customers utilizing custom labeling to maintain anonymity.

Warranties
Wave Tech Plus provides a standard, 18-month warranty
on its refurbished products
and repairs at no additional charge.
Shipping / Payment Options
Wave Tech Plus offers shipment via UPS, FedEx and DHL.
Free ground shipping for orders $750
Standard turnaround time for a repair is 7-10 business days.
Expedited shipping available upon request at a nominal fee.
Payment terms available via American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Paypal.
Wave Tech Plus takes advantage of the following UPS and FedEx shipping services:
Overnight - Next Day Air by 10:30 am
Two Day - Second Day Air, regular delivery time
Three Day - Third Day Ground, regular delivery time
Regular - Regular Ground delivery

Taxes
With the exception of a signed, tax exemption certificate provided by the purchaser, any taxes
applicable to items sold will be paid by the purchaser. (FLORIDA CUSTOMERS ONLY)
Returns
To return an item to Wave Tech Plus, please complete the Return Authorization Form for an evaluation
of the issue and a Return Authorization number.
Products returned within 45 days receive advanced replacement; after 45 days, Wave Tech Plus will
repair each product in accordance with its standard repair policy.
Expedited repairs available at a nominal fee.
Standard repair interval is 7-10 days.
