David S. Ciampini

President

As President of Wave Tech Plus, David Ciampini oversees all operations for the organization including finance and service performance.

David brings to Wave Tech Plus a unique mix of management and finance experience from various arenas including real estate development and construction management. He open-minded approach and ability to apply his skills to the telecommunications industry have proven valuable to the organization over the past few years.

Most recently, David earned his Limited Energy License in the State of Florida. He is among a very select few in the state with this designation, which allows licensees to work on low voltage wiring projects.

Michael Cardillo

General Manager

Michael Cardillo serves as General Manager for Wave Tech Plus. His primary responsibilities include managing the daily operations of the business, in particular inside and outside sales, technical operations and purchasing.

Michael’s career in the telecommunications industry spans 20+ years in both sales and operations management roles. Prior to joining Wave Tech Plus, he served as Vice President of Eastern U.S. for AT&T Broadband Services. Previously, he was the Northeast Regional Director of Sales for Southern New England Telephone. He has a vast knowledge of all major manufacturers’ hardware.
