and repairs at no additional charge.

Wave Tech Plus offers shipments via UPS, Federal Express and DHL.
Free ground shipping for orders > $750
Standard turnaround time for a repair is 7-10 business days.
Expedited shipping available upon request at a nominal fee.
Payment terms available via American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Paypal.

Overnight - Next Day Air by 10:30 am
Two Day - Second Day Air, regular delivery time

Taxes
With the exception of a signed, tax exemption certificate provided by the purchaser, any taxes
applicable to items sold will be paid by the purchaser. (FLORIDA CUSTOMERS ONLY)
Returns
To return an item to Wave Tech Plus, please complete the Return an Item Form for an evaluation
of the issue and a Return Authorization number.
Products returned within 45 days receive advanced replacement; after 45 days, Wave Tech Plus will
repair each product in accordance with its standard repair policy.
Expedited repairs available at a nominal fee.
Standard repair interval is 7-10 days.
Broker Pricing
Wave Tech Plus offers preferred pricing for interconnect companies and brokers.
In addition, we will blind drop ship directly to your customers utilizing custom labeling
to maintain anonymity. To request a price as an interconnect company or broker,
